yeah, its like a friggen black art, All hand sharpened, supposed to take like an hour to do.

The prop I lost to davey jones locker was sharpened. It cavitated more, but had 3+ mph more on the top end.

Yes, I bought a few rough cast props, filed them to shape and polished them up. It does take a while to do and to get it balanced. Just beware of the dust, the metals in them are very bad for your lungs!

I have an Old Proboat 26" catamaran with steering servo, speed control (new), and motor I would consider selling pretty cheap if interested. It would need a radio/reciever, charger, and batteries. Runs on 4s, ~40 mph boat.
