My brother made some money off this at one time actually. the band name Used was owned by my brother who was also in a band named Used a couple years before the other band got big and when they signed for the OzzFest my brother called up his lawer and got some good money in a settlement from their record company. Plus he still owns the name... he just leased it to them for the money he got.
