For those that want to 'step up' to a 450R, find someone on ThumperTalk/etc that's upgraded a 450X with a 450R top end, buy their leftover 450X top end. Swap on, enjoy the milder, tamer ride with longer maint intervals. When you're ready to go all out, swap the 450R top end back on and hang on for dear life. : )
