I bought this bike as a project from a former racer that was getting done due to crashing. Once I got it home I went through the bike down to the frame. The only problems I found were some broken clutch plates, slightly bent right fork and the bike needed some TLC. The next step was stripping the bike completely and replacing all the bearings in the frame after getting it powder coated red. Then I started reassembling the bike. It has a Penske rear shock and GMD has done springs and oil in the front end. The valves have been checked by a Suzuki mechanic. Once reassembled I made a light weight tail section and front fairing stay. I have taken the bike to two track days and there is still some refinements that I would make but it's very rideable. The bike comes with 848 fairings( no windshield) and 2002 gsxr 600 fairings(rashed). It's a blast to ride but I just don't have time to finish it.
