I just checked the milage and it's 31,000 mi. The previous owner commuted a bunch of miles on I-89 to work in Lebanon, NH.
FYI Mass. gas has 10% Ethanol (I.E. up one size on the pilot jet to 17.5 and needles shimmed .050"). stock pilot jets included and a few main jets.

I replied to the PM's. I'm home all day today and I'll be home late afternoon tomorrow. I'm in Framingham, MA.
If it did not sell over the weekend and is still available I would like to come look at it. I could bring the $ to bring it home to so please keep us updated.
