2007 International 4300 Ambulance. 103,500 miles. DT466 with 5 speed automatic transmission. 2wd. A lot of nice upgrades, truck was over $230,000 10 years ago.
I have a full service history for this truck that I can send if you provide me an email address.
Truck was in service until July 2018, and then sold to me. I was going to use it for camping and racing but unfortunately I have to let it go as those plans are on hold for next year.
Truck has been serviced regularly and in December of 2018 it got new oil, filter, new transmission fluid + filters, fuel filter, grease all around, and a few other small things (over $800). In January of 2019 a new tire was installed. Plenty of tread on other tires, they appear to be like new.
This truck has many expensive features & upgrades
- Inverter
- 360 degree LED lighting and Halogen Scene Lights
- Dual Sirens (Carson Dual Siren, Federal Signal eQ2b - 4 speakers)
- Kassmaul Auto Eject
- Auto Grease/Lube System
- Backup camera and monitor
- Air Ride Suspension with lowering rear
- Air Ride driver's seat
- AEV Ambulance Box
Pictures say it all. Truck is in very good condition and has a lot of expensive parts.

Dam that's nicer than the ambulance we have at work. Most that are on the road as well.
Yeah that’s pretty damn amazing
Keep it.

methinks this could make a good commuter vehicle...

how and why the hell does a private owner have one of these things? That looks fully functional.

Lights and sirens are fully functional. Lenses are clear so it’s doubtful any police would give you a hard time.
But if we were being super technical, sirens/lights are a no go to have installed.
Looks nice man...been looking for something to replace my Transit 250. Tell us more...what kinda motor does this thing have? AWD?
I have absolutely no need for this thing, in fact it would probably be a huge detriment in my life, but I want it.

I NEED this. Aaaaaaand, I'm technically, foolish enough to do it; so no problems there. Tow hitch?

Decided to keep the truck for this season, and a buddy and I did some work to make it ready. Will be driving it to VIR this April. Might have an extra spot if anyone else is going down.
We can fit two big bikes, and two small bikes. I do a lot of stuff with RS125’s so it works well. Could maybe fit 3 big bikes if we worked a bit harder.
