Just gauging interest... I am considering renting out my guest room in my house in Southborough.

You would have your own private half bath. We'd share the full bath for showers.

We'd share the living area and kitchen.

I have a dog who doesn't always like strangers but he warms up to people eventually. He usually has less issues with women, likely due to being abused by men in the past.

Rent would be around 700 bucks.

I'm not going to craigslist with this, would prefer someone I knew or sort-of knew. I'm a little hesitant to share my home since, well, it's my home and not some landlord's. You would have to be respectful.

Oh yeah, btw, I have a pool.

It's very central to 495, 90, 9, etc. especially 495 is right around the corner. It's a flat 30 minutes to get downtown without traffic (assuming you cruise at 80 on the pike like most people).
