2012 Ducati Hypermotard 796 (803cc) *SOLD*
Another Duc for sale to free up time, space, and money.
One owner (me), I bought the Hyper new from Seacoast Sport Cycle (Derry NH) in 2012. Adult-owned, always serviced on schedule and treated right.
Very fun bike, air-cooled simplicity, last of the air-cooled Hypers. And that stand-out Pierre Terblanche design. L-twin 803cc, air- and oil-cooled, 6-speed.
Currently 26,705 miles (may go up).
Full service (belts replaced, valves adjusted, everything)
@ 7,486 miles by Seacoast Sport Cycle
@ 15,896 miles by Seacoast Sport Cycle
@ 22,558 miles by Eric Colbath clubhousemotorsports.com (Moultonborough NH)
Tires are very good, Dunlop RoadSmart III, good sprockets (-1/+2), DID Gold Chain. I flushed all hydraulic fluids @ 20,686 miles.
New Yuasa AGM battery installed March 30 2021 (the Yuasa original lasted 9 years). Fresh oil and filter last fall, 700 miles ago.
There are some light scrapes on the clutch case, thanks to me and a garage incident that broke the right handguard, a delicate,
costly item that I replaced with Barkbusters and bar end mirrors. There's a light rattle that comes from the cat con, started several years ago,
can't hear it with helmet and ear plugs. Other than that, all good.
What it's got:
California Cycleworks 6.4 gallon tank (you can get used to the 300 mile range)
