Thinking about parting ways with my 2021 Honda Africa Twin (CRF1100) DCT in the classic red, white, and blue HRC color scheme. The bike has approximately 2400 miles on it and I am the original and only owner. The bike was purchased new from Bettencourt's Honda Suzuki. I've commuted 70 miles round trip on it, to and from work, and it has seen zero off-road action, save from one well traveled double-lane dirt road near my buddies lake house. Overall, the bike is extremely clean, and in excellent condition. The 2020+ Africa Twin is a huge upgrade over the previous model. It's narrower, has better suspension, the motor has more power, the electronics are significantly upgraded with a 6-axis IMU and 6.5" TFT touch screen display with Apple Car Play and Android Auto. The DCT shifting has been improved now that the transmission communicates with the IMU for lean-sensitive shifting. The bike has essentially unlimited programmability with regards to ride modes: engine power, traction control, ABS, wheelie control, and G-Mode for the DCT. The DCT itself also features 5 modes including Drive, Sport I, Sport II, Sport III, and Manual. It's a serious package that makes a fantastic sport tourer and can rip down the tightest of single track with poise. Remainder of the 12 months Honda Care warranty is good until June 2022. The warranty is transferable and can be extended an additional 5 years within the first 12 months of ownership.
Modifications include the following:
- SW Motech Upper and Lower crash bars
- SW Motech skid plate
- SW Motech Kobra handguards
- Billet aluminum footpegs
- Aluminum radiator guards
- R&G headlight shield
- OEM Honda tank pad grips
- OEM Honda center stand
- Givi pannier racks
- Givi GRT709 Canyon 35L pannier bags
This adds up to $2000+ in accessories to get this bike set up for whatever you can throw at it! I have all the installation diagrams and paperwork for all of these accessories as well.
Asking $15,500
The bike is registered in my name and has lived its entire life in a garage. Honda Financial currently holds the title as there is a loan on the bike, so the transaction will have to be from bank to bank to release or transfer the title. Please text or call if you'd like to see the bike. I'll do my best to upload photos when I get the chance. Phone number: Seven Seven 4 - Seven 6 Six - One One Zero 4
Thanks!
