Puig Double Bubble (clear) 99 SV650

I have a new Puig double bubble, never been installed. To the best of my recollection it's for a 99 SV650. I'm located just west of Worcester (Leicester), $20 obo and come get it.

Is this one with 4 holes in it?

Yup, 4 bolt holes and a little notch cut out about half way up each side.
