    Craigslist Monster 750

Not mine. just saw this on Craigs list for $3,500 asking price.
Someone should pick this up for cheap and ride the heck out of it.

Pick it up cheap or pick it up for 3500? Cos those two aren't he same thing.

    Its a monster 750. A 750? That's the worst of the monsters.

Really? I have a couple of friends who had those back in the day and they were pretty happy with them. I'd ride the hell out of that.

I put 50K miles on one. 3500 is steep. It is a little better 600/620. Lol! Not a terrible bike, but not a performer by SV standards. The new monsters are a whole different animal.

It's got the Ducati chassis, but the 750 is still widely considered a dog compared to the other engines... However, still fun to rip around on!

I've seen that bike for sale for at least a year now on CL. Last year the price was around 5k I think.

I have a M750, not the quickest bike in the world, but fun as hell to ride. I paid $2900 for mine, 4 years ago.

I thought the 620IE had noticeably more stomp than the 750 carb'd version. Never got a chance to ride the 600 so no idea how it compares.

I had a 750ss and it had plenty of get up and go... although all my friends on inline 600's would dust me on the straights.

Is the 2002 750 carb'd? I thought they went to FI by then...

I've got a '03 620ie, paid 3500 for it... I didn't do any shopping around before hand. Oh well, I'm happy with it.
