I am set on an SV, but these are just so damn cheap!

Cheap as hell to run too. They use about no gas (I actually think they're battery powered, and the gas is just for a generator to charge the battery. Their sound supports my theory). A set of tires is good for a season. Parts are cheap, and anything you break you can get @ the track, often from some of the EX guys very cheap. I vote EX. Dooooo Ittttttt! And fuck waiting for December, do it like... today.![]()
I would but I'm paying off stuff as opposed to collecting more. lol

You said it yourself, they're soooo cheapKinda fuckin with ya, I get the bills thing. That said... buy one anyway and come race me!
Nope, I'm actually resisting this urge. Guess I should change my sig. lol

Richie,
What does your EX need to go racing? I'm looking for a reliable track/race bike. Needs to be in excellent mechanical conditon, strong motor.
I assume the only major changes from stock are the wheels and controls?
Can anyone vouch for your bike? Thanks!

What all those guys said.
And it needs nothing to go racing. Its set to go, I'm using it as a backup race bike until its sold. It still has the tech sticker on from the first weekend.
As for changes from stock, its got race bodywork, clipons, rearsets, ebc floating rotor, stainless steel lines, case covers, the usual race stuff.
Sounds Perfect. I'll be in touch. Thanks
Richie it was good meeting you. Thanks for the bike.
Looking forward to meeting the rest of the EX mafia at the track
Sweet! Another EX rider!
All right. Giggity. There's a bunch of us EX's at the track, quite a few in the same garage. Can't miss my bike, orange EX #319. I garage with some fast (for an EX) guys. Stop by, say hi, pick up some tips (from them, not me).
Perhaps I'm in the wrong or right place. Anyone have an extra stock EX500 upper fairing for sale? 87-93?
Congrats finally selling the bike that thing is sweet.
