I may need someone sept 1, maybe before. Im not sure what one person is doing yet. Unfortunately no garage, but on the flip side the rent is dirt cheap. And this kid might need a street machine by then and possibly need to find a place to keep it as well, so we may be able to split something. Thought Id throw it out there. Everyone in the house would be motorcycle peoples so a good house. PM or talk to me next time you see me if you are interested.

Well I will just toss this out there... my roomate is looking for another roomate, and to top it off I may be moving out in the next 2 months or so, so technically he will be looking for two roomate he just doesnt know that yet!

Anyways its not in the area that you outlined is the only thing... Its in Blackstone MA. The upside is insurance is cheap there, its a 3 bedroom house with a pool table, hottub outside and a finished basement with a 110" projector screen set up for movies... oh and it has a garage! His camaro gets garaged through the winter months but there is enough room to get a bike in there also. My roomate has a dog (so you would have to like dogs) and travels a lot for work so usually I have my place to myself.

I can't say for sure but I think he is looking to get about $800 - 900/month (thats including utilities) but I am not 100% on what he needs to get for the rooms. Anyways, if you have questions or anything let me know. Its a good place for a single guy and all. My roomate gets a long with most everyone and likes to go out on the weekends and have a good time but is still mature about it since he is a 28 year old professional and in the air force also.

Now you may ask "Why are you moving out?", well... my girlfriend has decided that its at the point to move in together. Which I can't argue, so I am going that route.
