Wanted: Cheap beginner bike

One of my friends at work just said that he was looking into a starter bike. I of course told him to buy the ZX-14 because its the coolest but he said he wanted to start small..... I dont get it

So Im putting this out there for him who got a small cc bike for sale ninja 500, gs500, etc. In good running condition so that he can concentrate on riding instead of repairing a dog of a bike.

Tell him to comb Craigslist in MA, RI, & NH. You usually see quite a few Ninja 500, EX500, GS500, and SV650s in there.
