2005 honda cbr 600rr, less than 1k mi, blk/silver, new battery, stock, mint condition. It's a friends bike, he could use the money to do some work on his house.

I was thinking $5500-6000 this spring, does that sound like a decent price?

If you put it up for 5500 you will sell it. That is the going rate. It will sell fast just because it is a low milage bike.

$5500 seems fair. I paid 6k for an '06 this past fall with 4k miles but it did have a few mods. Once you get some pictures up I will pass them along to a buddy of mine who is looking for a bike.
