Cool project that I started, but quickly lost interest in, and now I need the space. I picked it up in boxes, so some of the work was done by me, and some by the PO. I think the hard stuff is done. It basically had the Lowbrow catalog thrown at it.
- Weld on hardtail kit. I think it's a 4" stretch and 2" drop, but I'll confirm.
- Fork legs shaved, but kept brake mounts.
- Lowbrow Shogun exhaust
- Lowbrow oil bag
- Sight glass in stock peanut tank
- Nice leather solo seat (forget who made it)
- New trailer fender (mocked up)
- New chain and sprockets
- New dimpled drag bars
- New Chinese carb and original that could be rebuilt
- Motor cranks over with tons of compression, but I've never heard it run
- Shifts through gears fine
- Comes with tons of stock and aftermarket parts
I believe it's an '86, but no paperwork. It's a 1200cc 5 speed. Can talk you through getting a title if you need one.
It needs to be wired and plumbed to run. The gas tank was never lined after after the bungs were welded on, so that should be done.
$1500 is the NESR price. If you didn't want some of the parts, I would happily keep some and reduce the price. Would trade for bikes!
