Re: Toy Trains - time sensitive
I'm not driving 40 minutes each way in the off chance he's there, and is interested in this stuff.

My neighbor is very elusive. I may be able to cross paths with him/track him down this weekend. I didn't realize you were still sitting on this stuff.

Its the largest toy train store in the country. No dog in fight, we bought and sold all our O and O27 stuff on eBay.
it was early in my self employment, and one of my larger jobs at the time, not te only client by a long shot, I'm liking retirement with a fixed income that I don't have to chase

You'd think being my neighbor just across the street, we'd cross paths more. He's a retired dude and oddly we just don't bump into each other much at all. But I'll keep an eye out for him this weekend.

You'd also think, being your neighbor just across the street, you'd have... you know... a PHONE number or something.
Or do you just drop a letter off in his mailbox when you want to borrow a cup of sugar? :P

They're our stone-cold, straight as nails, dead sober retired neighbors. In the 5+ year they've lived there I can count on my hands how many conversations we've had. I've suggested they leave a number to be reached before when they were preparing for vacation, but nothing materialized. They're okay peeps I guess, but a little odd. And they probably think the same of us. They're just not chatty people and we're good with that from them. They don't bug us and quite honestly, they should with some of the shit we pull!
I'm good with no exchange of phone numbers...
