Gettin Dirty in Alton/Wolfboro/Gilford this Weekend

If anyone doesn't know the trails out there and wants to find out where they are feel free to PM me. I'll be up there from tonight through Tuesday of next week.

There are 4 different places / loops that I know of - 2 of which I've never seen anyone checking for reg.

The trail difficulty ranges from easy / intermediate to a couple that I can't imagine getting a dirtbike up but I'm sure someone has at some point.

I don't know how much I'll get out there with all the other stuff I have planned but if you want to ride I can take the time to give you directions / get you started. Most of you would smoke my ass on the trails anyways so you're better off just having me point you in the right direction

s'all good. Just figured I'd put an offer out there in case people were looking for more trails.

yeah I tried going to a new area that someone reccomended and spent a solid hour going a total distance of .03 of a mile up this trail. mind you I did not say .3 nor did I say 3 miles. I felt like I had ridden onto the set of an old Star Trek episode when they land on one of those boulder infested planets then got mixed up with a little Twilight Zone action when the bike found its way into a stream bed that had NO bottom!!! I was over my axles less than 7 feet down stream ....so I left the bike which stood up all by itself to search for a way out ...only to find myself over ankle deep in muck ... I chuckled a bit when i looked back at the bike still standing on it's own only a few feet back. Both of us stuck in the mud I think to myself how much I miss my CBR and riding T****** Rd and App Gap and Track days and being able to ride 600 miles in a day.

You just can't pick any worse weekends. We're booked solid 'til like, the second weekend in August. Although I'm hoping to get out to the property this weekend for SOME kind of fun, be it chainsaws or dirty toys...

Oh no worries - my weekends involve a good dose of that too... well usually its cartwheeling through the water after a failed attempt at jumping the wake while waterskiing. I'll continue to poke ya.
