Well, today was the best day yet at this track. A light crowd meant one open session all day long. Mixed abilities. Conditions were perfect and the track didn't get nearly as dusty as last time.
I took out my camera, but Clinton got MUCH better shots with it than I did. Thanks Clinton! Here goes:
Clinton on the ramp...
Paul in the air...
A killer stepdown. It is much steeper than it looks...
The turn at the bottom of the stepdown being done right...
and wrong... (that's not me)
We got so much track time we were packing up by 1:30 totally exhausted. I could have ridden more, but it wouldn't have been pretty.
wOoT! pics came out great! had a blast as alwayssooo nice to have the open track time, i felt much better taking frequent breaks but still need exercise to keep my stamina up. my last lap was awful.
cant wait for more practice!! fun to chase you around today, Paul, I need to catch up! you're gettin' smooth out there.. .

Where is it, and how much does it cost? My brother has been looking for a good place to go riding, and just finished his complete overhaul of his kx250.
It's up here in the baldwinville/ winchendon line off Route 202.. maybe a 20-30 minute ride for you.. Let me know if you go John I'd stop in, I don't go over and watch cuz I know no one..
Awesome pics there guys.... Must have been awesome having open session all day. Wish we were there. We'll be there next Sat.
At 25 bucks a day, it's really worth it. They keep the track really well maintained. The lay out is fun with a little of everything and natural elevation change. The atmosphere is mellow since they don't race there much. This year they have seperate events for Quads, which is great (sorry Tully)
bish! i'm jealous.. .
i wrote to Robby Marshall yesterday about private lessons at 'Da Hill', curious what he charges and when the sessions are. every time i leave that place i just want to go back and practice, one-on-one w/feedback would rule.

huh, interesting, that was a good idea to run it the other way. how was the 'jump' in that direction? prob could launch pretty well if its smooth enough. btw, i'm down, Husky is clean as a whistle and ready for more action.. .

OK, same here, i will let you know.. .

are they for full size (125 and up) dirtbikes only? I've got an xr80r pitbike that I'd love to beat the snot out of on some jumps...but if push came to shove, I could borrow an rm125
They do run pitbikes there, so an XR80 should do just fine. (Pitbike race on the 30th at Rocky Hill actually.)
It hurts when I fall out of the sky and go boom.
