There are a few environmental police locations to choose from not just the one in Boston. Check their website.
Edit: number9's post explains how to get the dirt reg without repaying sales tax if you have already street registered the dirt bike. In a registering the dirt bike for off road use only situation you will need to pay the sales tax and then bring proof of having paid the sales tax to the environmental police when registering.

Anyone going to be at hodges tomorrow? I'd like to get some riding in tomorrow, maybe early before the heat sets in too much. Otherwise, might just stay local and hit Franklin/Wrentham.

hahaa, good point. HVD = Hodges Village Dam, our local spot in Oxford, MA ... CMP = Central Mass Powersports, local dealer who offers NH ORV stickers without having to cross the border.
Do they do mass too?

yes, you need MA ORV for Hodges. no, CMP does not do MA ORV.
