aight... who's ridin' where?
If MX207 is open I MAY go up there again... but i dunno what the chances of that are. If it's open & I do go up there, I'll probably go from there straight to the party, get hammered quick, stop drinkin early, sober up & drive home.
Option two is make the short 10 minute trip up the highway to some trails I heard about near my house... not a whole lot of riding to be done there as there's probably less than 10 miles of trailshttp://www.mass.gov/dcr/parks/northeast/grow.htm
Option four is go ride w/ Clayton at his place & head to the party from there.
Option three... get one of you guys to act as guide & make the treck down to wherever you guys rode last weekend... but i'd rather not do that much driving in one day w/ all that riding... that'd be friggin tiring.

I'm attending a work party for a local club that day so the only riding I'll be doing is hauling tools and whatnot into the woods.
Georgetown Rowley requires a registration (yellow plate) just so you know. The LEAST you should do is get a plate so you don't jeapordize local riding spots![]()
Yamaha
yeah, i'm not gonna go there w/o getting one, especially w/ that exhaust i've got on there now... no sneakin around w/ that thing. I gotta order up an FMF Q or find a used one in good shape.

I plan on riding my minimotards in a parking lot to get practice for Sunday's Cycles128 races.
Boston --> San Diego
I may need to pass up dirt plans for saturday for said practicing. Let me know about it, we can switch it from practice to training!Originally posted by a13x

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
K. I'm thinking of riding at Marina Bay in Quincy. It's 3 miles from my apartment, has big parking lots, and the cops never cruise thru there. Should be solid.

I can host a ride out in Waterworld which is 10 minutes from my house. Lots of fireroads, rough dirt roads, open sand/gravel pits, dunes, mud, it's got everything. It would keep us entertained for a few hours at least.

I'm leaning toward minimotard practice with alex as long as I can get down to the cape to pick it up friday night. I'll keep my options in mind. If not mini motard I'd more likely be in franklin or NH riding, halfway to the shin dig.

ya gotta put your feet flat against the engine case... kinda awkward but you can carry more cornerspeed & slide both tires easier. I don't think you're much taller than Alex are ya?
wait a second... this is totally the wrong thread... bring it up in the other one.

i dont know. im 6'2". but the bike itself is really tall so getting knee down would mean major lean angle. i dont think i have to worry about the pegs touching

Depending what kind of traction you're getting you can do either. I ran the KLX knee down on a kart track and it was sliding all over the place, this is asphault though. Plus, the bike I'm running will eat yours for breffest.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
exactly... so go talk about it in the asphault racing area, fukkers... this is the dirty bastards forum. There's a thread over in the pit area waitin for yaOriginally posted by hessogood

Brent, what ya got in mind for Sunday? (btw, sunday looks like it could be wet if that makes any difference)
