grab MX vs ATV Reflex if you don't have it already.

Here's some gameplay video

it's not a perfect MX game but it does have some pretty cool features like body weight transfer and terrain deformation. The ground actually changes as its ridden on creating ruts, deformed jump ramps and whoops. Like in real life, no lap is the same and you need to adapt to these changes as you ride. Pretty cool.

The game is a year old and can be picked up for under $20.

PS - Sandwick is absolutely torturous.

I actually still play the coop spec op missions with friends that come over a lot... wasn't a huge fan of the zombie mode in black ops.
