chris, dont you have another bike or something expensive to buy?
thanks for your help the other day chris!
some more progress...
Got my swingarm back from Klepsta who powder coated it for me. He also donated a engine case cover for me for free:beerbang:
Finished working on the body work and painted the tank cover, front fender, and belly pan, and they came out great. Just gotta spray the upper piece and the tail!
Only snag is the battery tray i got was for a 04/05, not a 06/07 even though it was listed as so. I need to find a 06/07 cause there is no way to bypass the servo motor.
I also Have a fairing stay showing up mid-week!
All I have left are:
-06/07 battery tray
-dust seals for the swingarm
-new chain and sprocket from Duncanmoto
-and a bar end
Lemme know when you want to!
M1A with 16x scope, cheek rest, recoil buffer, 3 point blackhawk sling
1903 Springfield 03A1 with a 1942 barrel
Mauser 98K built in 1944 (non russian capture)
Mosin Nagant built in 1934 found in a warehouse and never fired
Mossberg 590 Tactical 12 Gauge
Glock 21SF .45
S&W 1911 .45
another 1911 .45
Ruger .22 pistol
take your choice
jeez all those 45s haha
i'm leaning towards a 9 for a starter gun just because the ammo will be cheap... I really don't know much overall yet though
if u want a starter pistol just to get use to shooting and what not buy a cheap .22
1000 rounds is like 10$ lol
But yea 9mm is cheap as well
is the ruger your carry weapon?
Stop being a fucking pussy.
Buy a bazooka.
and if i got it I'd have to put chrome on it
My buddy let me fire his Mosin Nagant and I don't know if it was sighted in perfect or we just worked well together but i was drilling nails with that thing. The action wasn't my favorite, but I could hit anythng I wanted with it.
yea the bolt/action on it is very crude....very russian.
I'm the same way with the Mauser, very accurate rifle with just iron sights
starting to shape up
thanks to Origin, Noxin, some parts girl, and esp Klepsta

New swingarm powdercoated and on
Re positioned the rear brake resevoir
And fix the plastics.
a few more things and i should be golden.
sweet, came together nicely. now that's you finished it so quickly what are you gonna do for the rest of the winter? sit on it making vroom vroom noises?
better believe it!
Not done yet....still need chain and sprocket, also still need to do the clutch slave and the woodcraft rearset replacement parts. Its stuck in first and I can't touch the clutch right now so I can't even see if the bike starts. It hasn't run since the accident, so we shall see!
With new chain and sprockets I'll have to do a speedo healer as well.
speedohealer will be the easiest of that list to install. the new speedohealer has a top speed feature which is pretty cool. press a button and your top speed displays on the bike's speedo.
Why would I want to know I hit 87 mphs on the straight?
VIR full course is def on my list this coming season.
OH SNAP!!!!
Looking good there.... Mind if I try your bike out?
Vrooom Vrooom Vrooom... Yatatatataaaa...yatataaaaaaa...
Wow that thing is SICK!!:wavey:
thanks eric!
Yea she came out really well! When I get everything back on her I'll roll her out and take some before and after pictures!
