July 11th is a rookie weekend and if I sign up with someone who hasn't been there yet, it's only 125 for the day

Rookies pay $125 either way. They don't need a "sponsor" to get that price. If someone brings a rookie, they also get to enjoy that deal.

So Caloots can get in on the deal with sedanman and sedanman's wife can sign up on her own if nobody is available to sign up with her.

If you have been before and you bring a rookie, it's 125 for both of you.. good for me since I can only get there once a year.. otherwise you would have to pay for a membership and a Trackday which sucks if you can only go once
