Today was the BCM track day.
23 riders. TOTAL. OPEN SESSION ALL DAY.
Granted it was only for folks who already have track experience as there was very little instruction, but seriously where is everyone.
Yesterday 30 riders with MM Team D and today 23.
Were you at work instead? Bad idea if so!![]()

Weather couldn't have been better to rub it in a bit more.... but its nippy at night and early AM (like 40 something) so plan accordingly if you are camping at Tonys next week....

Hey - and me...and KnarlyDog.
Good to see you guys there. Very light crowd, low key, and TONS of track time, even for us guys 'working'.
Anyone that had the opportunity to go, but didn't, definitely missed out.

KnarlyDog is REALLY fast & smooth on that 250. I had a chance to watch him while working in T2, the Treehouse, and T11.
If anyone has an opportunity to watch from the treehouse, I highly suggest it. Seeing Jayroot hammer out of 4, into the bowl, under the treehouse and jam it into 9 was great. I only wish I got to watch Shane from up there this afternoon.

Your right about knarlydog he flying around the track pretty good, but jayroot was a fucking animal out there. He was coming out of t12 passed Manny and myself and smacking a wheelie down the frt straight. He rode that motard to the max fo sho.

I sat on my ass at home all day. I plan on beating JayRoot to death on Friday for not calling me about this.

This was the most fun I've had at NHMS in a long time. Open track all day, no sessions or groups, just ride until you get tired. After a 30 rider MM day and this open 20 rider day I was pretty spent. My tires started going and went completely south with one session left and I decided to pack up and go home. For me anytime I say, "just one more go" ,whether riding, mt biking, snowboarding, etc, invariably leaves me with body and equipment damage![]()
Great hanging and meeting with everyoneAnd thanks for the props

The Older I Get,
The Faster I Was...
i was there awesome track day, i loved the freedom to come and go as one wanted, as i'm still figuring the track out really. I low sided my 900 coming out of the bowl 5th lap of the day, but by noon i got it ok enough to ride the rest of the day and then ride home, i had a blast and met some real cool people, regardless of it being a kinda expensive day lol. I loved that RS250, i want to find a set of 17 inch wheels for my derbi so i can track that instead of the duc. 120/80/16 rears for track aren't exactly common
