Flame away, but I'm a pussy and my pig of a bike (rc51) beats me up at the track. Would a set of StompGrips help?
Hyper

I get pretty beat up by my mille at track days. Heavy sport bikes are a bitch when ridden at a blue group pace. I always stretch in the morning, take advil, and pound water and gatoraid. I have also gotten a recovery drink from GNC when I was doing two or three track days in a row, and for race weekends. It worked for me.
you guys are out of shape.

I'm in pretty good shape, go to the gym a lot, I also like long walks on the beach...
Hyper
I am in shape too. but my body wasn't used to the effects of riding. stretching does something completely different then working out it allows your muscles to flex more and get used to being in awkward positions. also improved flexibility helps a ton with body position

I suggest p90X. I am just finishing my first 90 days. It is SICK. Most years I bicycle @ 100 miles a week (heavy mtn bike/ hills) and jump rope & do weights. This year P90X. It is life changing. I do thursday & friday trackday & sat & sunday races (2 diff bikes so back to back sessions). Check out this video; this guy is a biker.
