07 GSX-R 750 or 08 Daytona 675?

Rode one home today :) I paid a little more than I wanted but...

07 GSXR 750
Smoked LED lights all the way around
Hotbodies windscreen
Hotbodies undertail
Solo Seat
No other mods
Lojack
1598 miles on the odometer

Also came with all the stock parts and bulbs as well as some riding gear I can sell to recoup some of the cost. Bikes still brand new...

Rode home 55 miles, the seat didnt bother me, I need to adjust the foot pegs though and I realized I gained some weight so my race gloves are a tad too small so my hands hurt lol

All in all im happy so far, you can read about it but... it really doesnt feel like anything bigger than a 600 under you when you are riding it until you twist the grip and then you realize its actually pretty special :)

Funny, i'm looking to sell my K6 600 to pick up an '09 675 or a '09 Duc 848.

If you are cool with an 08 675 the one I was going to buy is up near Rochester NY but it has 800 miles on it. Caspian Blue and the guy that owns it is willing to take pretty short money.

congrats on the bike...but just know, you'll always have that hole in your heart, that constant feeling that something is missing in your life. only the 675 can make that go away. think about that on the rare occasion you see one of us on the road :tagteam:

I will end up with another triumph at some point. Maybe once they actually import some 2010 Caspian Blues or maybe if they come out with one for 2011. The good thing about this 07 750. Suzuki isnt coming out with any 2010's so it wont be a model year older next year and will still have low miles for the resell if I want to.

Awwwwwww DAMMMMM i just JIZZEd.....thats Bad ass and very clean bike...Def Do a Taylor Made for that with the Carbon Cover and Black out anything silver.

I have bolts to replace where the reflectors go if you want one is brand new..I did that for KillBill also. They used to mount it behind the fork leg and got cheap and threw it there..suckers and Pilot Powers..the Bstones are HORRIBLE I wouldn't give them away.

Id have to see what you are talking about bolt wise, I imagine it gets rid of that large reflector? I am considering putting reflective strips on the wheels but not sure what color yet probably the blue if I can find it since I dont want to add more red.

I was thinking 2 Brothers CF but will look again at the Taylor made setup. I actually like the sound of the stock system but... my gf said she could barely hear me aside of her on the highway. So safety wise I need to be heard lol.

If you have the stock mudflap those bolts are the same size as the front orange reflector.

Also, as mentioned, those bridgestones are junk. It sounds like you'll be commuting so they'll be fine. Square them off then toss on some good tires.

Yea once they are squared off a set of 2CTs will end up on it.

Im making my "mods" list now actually. It might do it over time though. Just going to do the seats first and then maybe a set of sliders. A slip on soon to follow since its a little quiet stock at lower rpms.
