I think all of them are teh sex, even the wacky kwaki zx10.. But I really dig Honda's styling, so it'd be a tossup between the gsxr and cbr 1k.
I am with the statement that large motard type bikes are the solution to the roads around here. As for Master Bike the fastest bike around the track FTD was an Yamaha R1. STunts, a small motard would be ideal. CBR 1000 is the 1000 best for the street easiest to ride out of the big for repli racers. The fact is they all are very good and the differences are slight I would go with what fits and looks best for you from a dealer that knows how to supply service.
