Daytona Bike Week is usually a staple for me if the winter is bad. A chance to go to Florida and get a ride in. Yes it's a big Harley scene but just getting a ride in if winter was long is often reason enough for me to end up there. I do have a Harley and enjoy the scene in limited doses. Much like a heterosexual enjoying P-Town in the summer.
I bring this up because Bike Week started yesterday. No thought of going this year with over 2000 miles or riding over the winter including a couple days last week.
Today I wish I were there. Winter has returned in a vengeance with Tuesday's storm threatening to be the worst of the winter. DANG IT! I thought we were through all that crap.

It's a 13 R6 with a fairly thorough race build on it. Only 1900 miles on it. Barely broken in.
I thought perhaps Yamaha because of the brake calipers. Petronas GP colors though...me like!
