the only thing the SV1000 has that the 650 didn't have is more weight to haul down before you hit the corner more power to get you into shit loads of trouble in it and more balls comeing out of it. the 650 is easier to handle all day long in the twisties and a liter bike can't shake you if your good.
I don't think for a minute all those people raceing the snot out of the SV650's on the track are going to trade them in for the 1000 :hmm:
