Atleast the dumbass driver got caught and put behind bars instead of killing more people. He should be hanged by his balls!
I almost got clipped by a SUV being driven by a really nervous lady on I-95!

vehicular manslaughter might be a better charge. give it time, the prosecutors might change that
This is the second accident like this (vehicle turning left in front of a bike) with death resulting that I have heard of this week...sad.
I hate when this happens. I literally ride around expecting everyone to either make a left in front of me, or Pull out from the right in front of me....it's the only way to stay alive now that F'in kids drive around texting each other instead of looking up at the road.![]()
I bet if Kenvin was sober he would have gotten away with alot less of a charge.
RIP to the fallen rider.

Damn, I hate reading shit like this, but at least the cager who caused the accident is in jail. I hope he stays there.

He should be charged with motor vehicle homicide or manslaughter at the very least, given that he was on drugs and likely drunk. Had he killed someone in a cage, there'd probably be more of an uproar to charge him with homicide. Bikers just dont get the same respect. RIP to Mark.
I just got into work and saw this. Started another thread without knowing but subsequently took it off.
RIP.
Good reminder to always beware of asshats getting ready for unscheduled left-turns.
