My daughter has ridden in the dirt a bit and been a range aid for a couple years in NH. She decided to take the Beginner Rider Course this week. It's a lot less expensive in NH, but you have to live there to sign up - unless you're a range aid.
She passed easily but fortunately got more points than I did the first time I took the riding eval.
There's still some paperwork to get her license. MA recognizes the NH course but it isn't quite as automatic as taking the course in MA. I'm happy she's getting her M license and is into riding. And I'm terrified.
She's already asked when I'm taking her to Tony's Track Days. Smart kid.
It looks like the old Skorpion may be re-retired from racing after I get in a couple of weekends in this summer. Of course, if the Skorpion's back on the street, I'll hopefully be looking for a new race bike for next year.![]()

Awesome. Just do a good bit of riding with her on the streets to help her out with all the azzhats on the road!
