I had one of those. If I lived in a flatter area it might have been cool. With all the hills here it sucked. Eventually blew it up and had to push it home in full gear.

I genuinely do feel for the guy, though. It's never fun to add up all the receipts and then compare what the market thinks it's worth

At the end of the day, it's still an 02 gixxer. Despite it being a track weapon capable of anything a brand new bike is with the same rider, that bike is not worth more than about $7k at the most in today's market. He is better off parting it.
