Neither ad says when the belts were last changed and the valve clearances set. The silver one says "tune up" last season, but that could mean a lot or not much. If the tune up included belts and valves by a known, reliable tech, that's a major plus. Sil exhaust on both.

Couldn't be easier, working on the dry clutch. Getting the fairing off is probably the hardest part. Might likely need servicing (or replacement) of the clutch cylinder on the other side. At the very least, pulling out the clutch pushrod, cleaning it up or replacing if scored at seal areas, lightly lubing it, lube both ends lightly, etc., make sure spacing and torking are right and so on and so forth. And the usual service questions of belts and valve adjustment. (I think the service interval for belts and valves on those is 7500 miles, and belts replaced after 2 years regardless of miles.)
