Nobody here is talking about him as a "harley rider" (by the way his bikes are 0% Harleys). They are talking about how since he's a "celebrity" ,and I use that term loosely, he is getting special treatment although he killed someone.

Nope that would the be the "he fucked up" stupid decision on his part. Playing on the edge was meant to refer to the type of riding quite a few people on here do everytime they take their bikes out or close to everytime (ie speedlimits... yeah right, stunting, etc etc) While you can try to minimize risk there are always going to be factors that you'll never have control over and all it takes is one of those to change at the wrong time and something tragic could happen. I suppose most of the peeps on here also think the band, band manager etc etc from the RI nightclub fire deserves to go to jail for life for all the lives lost in that club fire? :poke:

So, get this: his bond is set at $15 000....the guy has money, it will be nothing for him to pay that pity amount to get out of jail. This is his second DUI in the last year? Screwed up. :mad:

He has two DUI's pending , that amount of bond is normal for the state of Florida on those charges .
If he is found guilty he is looking at 15 years in prison and it is going to be very difficult for him to be found not guilty with the blood alcohol content and the witness'es who saw the whole thing
Look for a guilty plea before he goes to trial.
