Black Chrome

Does anyone know a shop in MA that does this ?

I have searched A LOT and it is hard to even find info on this chrome process,yet alone someone who actually does it.I seen some rims on a BMW 5 series and decided I have to do it to my bike rims.....

Even though I just spent $400 last month getting them powdercoated.

I think Landrics can do the spray chrome in any color IIRC

You must have a lot of spare cash! Buy a used set for your bike and get them done then sell the PC ones...
Black chrome is not as durable as bright chrome, it used to pit easily on the Jap bikes in the late 80's.
