Ride2die is an interesting site because is seems that all of the accidents on there are the motorcyclists fault. I wonder if there is a 'look what happens when people in cars don't watch for bikes' site.

Some kid went through the side of a taco bell... feet ended up in the ceiling, limbs ripped and twisted, head smashed open. No helmet, t shirt and shorts. I guess they took the pics down.

I think in a way, it's good that they feature accidents which are the motorcyclist's fault.

We should take it as an opportunity to learn what we can do to minimize our risks.

Usually what happens is a cager fails to see us and turns left in front of us, or rear ends us, or cuts into our lane.

What can we do, as a rider, to mitigate the risks of the above? How can we be seen? i.e. not riding in a car's blindspot.

I'm not sticking up for inattentive drivers, but the reality is, there's more of them, than are of us, so we need to be proactive if we want to stay alive.

It was posted on here a while back, and the pics got taken down, and then I found another place that had 'em... If I weren't so lazy, I'd find the thread, but chances are, the pics are taken down already... Maybe do some searching and you'll find 'em.
