if you're referring to the Veoila building I thought the same thing, in fact one day when I was parking there guy came out and said to make sure we don't block hid door, which wasn't. I appealed those tickets and lost and as days went by less and less bikes were there, I come off the south station exit off 93 and some days there was 0 bikes, I guess I wasn't the only one that got tickets. Anyway, this is just MY experience, in no way I am telling anyone not to park there.
