Bicyclists generally have the same rights as motorcyclists and automobiles, excepting that they are generally required to stay as far right as practical and can be legally passed in the same lane (and can use bicycle-only lanes and paths).

Yes they do but lets say me and a bicyclist are going the same direction, I'm in a car, I pass bicyclist, my turn comes up, I'm 1 car length ahead of bicyclist, I'm using my blinker, I should be able to turn not worrying that I'll T Bone the bicyclist. Am I right here? If so then thats kinda what I'm talking about how someone may consider a motorcyclist as a bicyclist and over come them. But I would like to say, the givin situation that I described above, I'd still make sure the bicyclist knew what was going on before I'd turn.:wink:

I would type up the time date area and a description and submit it to the SP. If someone saw this and reported the plate you could have something against them.
