    When I'm riding long distance I have a pair of padded bike shorts that I wear under my gear. Really makes the saddle a lot more comfortable, though that's not such an issue with the track really cuz you're not on the bike so much. But then again, you've got that infamous honda plank^H^H^H^H^Hseat, wtf were they thinking with that thing it's like a rock

    Other thing if you're going to wear a shirt under your gear, wear something not cotton, like polyester. Wicks the sweat away from your body, keeps you drier and cooler. Actually, I got a pair of poly socks I might try under my boots for the same reason, my cotton socks got awful sweaty during the last trackday

    Sweaty cotton is a pain when it comes time to take off those leathers. I wear poly socks as well.

    I wear a tight wicking material short, found at any sports store and used for any number of things... I wear Nike ACG wicking T-shirts and North Face wicking sports bras (they are all blue, not pink).... and I go through 6 pairs of light-weight SmartWool wicking socks in just one track day (I've got stinky feet though).

    Nut I will be cornerworking this time, so if anyone wants to borrow the sports bra...

    polypropylene anything chaffes and also absorbs odor. Ask any hiker or hunter why they where wool? It is naturally odor resistant once cleaned and is natures more comfortable fiber.

    Yeah, there is way better stuff out today than polypro. Every company seems to have their registered trademark material, but a lot of it is great great stuff. The SmartWool socks I wear are killer and don't absorb the nasty odor that emanates from my tootsies. Granted, i also change them often regardless of sport... but they really are the best socks ever. And the thin ski version is more than tall enough to wear with a riding boot (I wear the Sidi Vertebra).

    now, as far as oreo_n2 borrowing my sports bras... i'll only bring ya one if ya promise to prance around the garage like a ballerina while wearing it!!
