My advice,
Appeal all citations, whether guilty or not...what if the cop doesn't show when you go before the judge after the clerk magistrate hearing? Dismissed...

A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. - John Stuart Mill
How far from the center of town? Once you get up into the hills a little, that road is fun as hell, even in a car.I took my g/f up there a few times last fall just for the scenery, since she lives an hour south of me and had never been up there.
Where's Wimlington?![]()
see ya,

They seem to have calmed down on Route 30.... 60 you are totally fine, more than that and it depends on who is driving. Man God got one last week for 64 on Route 30.
As far as Route 9 is concerned, east of wilmington is always a place to keep yourself under control. Usually, the DMV enforcement trcuk sits at the bottom of the hill past the Molly Stark State Park. They'll nab you for much more than 7 or 8 over the posted.
GO TO TONY'S TRACK DAYS!
