Dave at Spartan Leather makes high quality custom leather suits at decent prices and has multiple women's models.

I have a Charge V2.0 2 piece suit. Sizing was perfect since he has a form you fill out with about 20 different measurements and the leather is nice and thick. You can also customize your own colors
If you can wait, he runs specials in the winters and advertises them on an SVrider thread.

Define "tiny"
There is a thread on SVRider that is a little out of date but gives you a list of manufacturers.
Paul at Moto Market sells several different product lines and has a good idea of how they size.

a friend of mine who is my height (5') got a suit from barnicle bills. but i have two alpinestars suits that fit me pretty well. teknic and berik smallest sizes are only like a US size 2.
There may be more problems but the main one that she is having with her present gear is that when she is on her bike she can't tilt her head back to see up.
The helmet hits her jacket (and the back protector under it) in the center of the back and keeps her face pointed down. It looks as if the jacket is bunching up under her collar when she raises her arms to grab the handlegrips.
This makes seeing up and to the left in the bowl impossible.
Using a foam template of her back protector we tried cutting it down a bit but it seemed to move up everytime we cut a bit off the top and I think we agreed that the problem was the the cut of the jackets that she has.
Do one piece suits smooth down the area just below the nape of the neck and above the middle of the shoulder blades?
Sam
Maybe you could get one of those leather cell phone holsters and affix the fingers from some gloves?
Original
what kind of suit is she wearing now? my two piece suit and one piece are cut pretty similar around the neck so i don't know how much of a difference there would be going to a one piece.
what kind of helmet? my shoei is cut up higher in the back than my arai, that might give her more room
also i believe dainese has longer arms and legs, maybe that would fit her arms better so it wouldn't pull the top up?
In one of my Dainese jackets I had to tuck the collar into the back of my helmet and tilt my head back. As long as I never looked down I was fine. The jacket could possibly be to big for her? With my experience outfighting people in gear, women hate putting on a tight jacket or set of leathers as much as guys do.

how tall are you? i imagine you're taller than me if you can ride an 848, or at least a longer inseam
There are kid-sized back protectors and leathers. You have to be able to figure out something...

John Bickle is a highly regarded leather repairman in Canada, doesn't make suits just repairs them so he knows what's good and bad in a suit. his top 2 custom manufacturers are Spyke (who wants you go to to them in the UK to get sized, plus they are stupid expensive) and Pilot. there were 2 reasons I went with Pilot. one was his thought on how good they are. and the other being how small I am and the fact that they did the suits for the USGPRU kids. I love the suit. I just wish they had come out with the EVO before i bought mine because I would have went with it over the Alpha because of the hard armor on the shoulders.
no matter who you go with they are gonna run $1200-1600 for a good custom. If you want a little cheaper I'd go with Barnacle Bill, I think his might be around $1000 and I hear good stuff about them.
when she has this problem with the back protector is she wearing a 2 piece suit? I had a problem with my back protector riding up when I wore a 2 piece because of the spandex part around the waist of the pants.
