    Cyclewise in Vt?

Anyone have any experience, good or bad, they would like to share about this dealership. I'm interested in a used bike they have for sale and want to hear how previous interactions have gone. Thanks!

They’re a decent dealer. I’ve had good experiences with them.

I have heard good things about this dealership, but don't have first hand experience. I have been eyeing hyperstradas for the past few years. I like what I have read: agile, fun, can do some touring, long valve check intervals and relatively light. I'd consider selling my street triple R (my commuter) for a hyperstrada one day... i have to figure some of the year differences and details. I think the 2015 are not as tall as the 2013 and the 2016 got the bigger engine. Good luck!

I’ve bought two bikes from them. One used with a trade and one new. Prices were ok. Andy D (sales) was generally attentive. On the other hand, a friend has nothing good to say about their service dept. Sort of like most dealers. They have that certain ol’ boy Ducati vibe.

If you went back a second time, it couldn't have been too bad. Thanks for the opinions, sound like a typical dealership so I guess I'm not too scared.

What's the "ol' boy Ducati vibe"? Never heard that before...... and if I do end up buying a Ducati I'll need to know the proper etiquette.

Let us know your review of the hyperstrada if you pick it up. It is one of the bikes still on my list to try out. Currently have a Monster 1100evo and Scrambler Icon

    Re: Cyclewise in Vt?

Picked up my Hyperstrada on Friday. I'll give Cyclewise a big thumbs up for the whole transaction.

They gave me more than I was expecting for my trade in.
I requested they put heated grips on before I took delivery, I'm pretty sure I paid for parts but they installed for free.
I requested a fresh oil change before I took delivery, that was 100% free.
And they gave me a free Ducati Vermont T-shirt on my way out the door.
Andy, the sales guy, was very responsive to my requests and was pleasant to deal with.
