    Buyer Beware Endless Performance LLC

    Hey All
I recently purchased a PCIII from this company. I found them on Ebay and they had the best price and free shipping. I also thought this was nice as I wouldnt have to wait for it to come from the factory. (note the bold)

"Endless Performance is an authorized Power Commander dealer and that is why we can offer the lowest prices to the public. We are one of the largest wholesale distributors of Power Commanders in the USA and have recently started offering these deals at the retail level. All Power Commanders are in-stock with no back-orders. Endless Performance offers the BEST SERVICE AND LOWEST PRICES IN THE USA!!!"

I emailed them immidiately to confirm they got my email and that I ordered the correct part number and this is what I got in return.

"Thanks for your purchase Timothy! We don't stock the 501-411, but I can have it here in 3 days and then to you in another 2 business days so you would have 5-6 business days for delivery. If you want it overnighted or 2-day direct from Dynojet it would be approximately $40 additional. Let me know if you would like to go that route."

Now I ordered the PCIII on Wednesday the 6th so at 5 buisness day that puts the part at my door Wednesday Maybe even Thursday. I emailed them MULTIPLE times asking for an update Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I got a response late last night that was like this.

"Have yu received any of our email responses Timothy? We have responded to every email of yours with the status on your order and I apologize if you have not received them. I will check with USPS tomorrow and if they are scheduling Saturday delivery I will have them change it to Monday. You will receive this item NO LATER than Monday."

Mind you I also called and left a message asking for a call back. My work email has a tendency to catch junk emails and I checked my filter and guess what?? No emails from them like they said.

I mean its not a huge deal but the fact that they no only lied in their ad but then dragged their feet getting the part and shipping it out to me just pisses me off. I checked with other vendors and they both said they had them in stock and it was only $10 more to buy from them. Next time I will order from someone else.

That is the problem with buying online - no matter what the
    product or service might be.

It's a lot harder to stall someone face to face than it is
    on email.

Yeah, most on line companies dont stock anything. They are ordering centers and the product gets drop shipped directly to the customer. The place you order it from never touches the product.....

I bought my CRG levers from him.
He must be a big time seller for so many of us to have
    heard of him.

He was very responsive for my transaction.
Sorry you're having a hard time. I'd wait a bit more before
    doing anything else though.

Oh by the way Q GFY!

As for the company I mean they havent been the worst. My true complaint is that they just have had a lack of communication and that they lied. I am not saying to not order stuff from them but if you want it immediately contact them before ordering.

that's why I use Yahoo mail for non-work related stuff like eBay, forums, etc...

Junk mail caught by them goes into your junk mail folder, so you can still access it.

I get a overview of all junk emails everyday from my server so I looked through them. They never came.

This doesn't sound like that big of a deal to me...?? IMO if you don't want to get a tracking # then you gotta give them a little buffer. I think thats reasonable. There are some companies which might have systems showing that they rec'd from mfr and then showing it as shipped...but most don't. They say it will take about 5 days, I personally wouldn't think of contacting 'em 7-8 days. Comes w/ the territory I guess?

They told me they would get the PC in 3 days and ship it to me in two days. They just mislead me thats all.

Never buy anything from an LLC. They are shadier than a forest.
