Thats right boys and girls, another bargain I found! On the tires used in World Superstock!
From Motorcycle USA:
August is proving to be a good time of the year to buy some new rubber, as Pirelli follows up Avon's recent buy-one-get-one-free deal with a 2-for-1 promotion of their own featuring the Diablo III.
Pirelli's new three-zone compound Diablo Corsa III is not only the hottest, trend-setting, traction-grabbing tire on the market, it also comes with a special promotion. Buy a rear Diablo Corsa III and get a free front for only the cost of shipping.
All any rider needs to do to take part in this promotion is purchase a Diablo Corsa III rear tire from their favorite Parts Unlimited dealer, go to the website: www.diablo.getpirelli.com, sign up, and a front tire will be delivered to your door just for the cost of shipping. Only a limited number of tires are available during this special promotion, so don't delay.
The Pirelli Diablo III is a three-zone compound tire with two different compounds split into those three distinct zones across the profile, providing high traction for cornering and high-mileage for traveling. It's the first ever dual compound tire designed specifically for the street and it's the same tire used in World Superstock competition, again showing how at Pirelli, we race what we sell, we sell what we race.
The Pirelli Diablo III is also manufactured using Pirelli's unique MIRS (Multi-Integrated Robotic System) technology; no human hands touch the tires during the production process. This results in perfect tires with perfect structural equilibrium. This tire comes balanced so if your rim is too, no weights are required.

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
Conti had dual-compound street tires back in the 1980's.
Michelin raced dual compound tires on a VERY limited basis in the early 1990's when the 500's burned tires at Hockenheim.
The Michelin Pilot Power 2CT has been out for a while now.
How can they brag about World Supersport? It's a spec tire series! You race against yourself!
Putting his hands in the air, like he just doesn't care.
