My impression is that the guy coming the other way in the blind turn is an idiot, should have his bike taken away.
The other guy on the supermoto, seems to be riding well, but cant ride in his lane despite that.

I fail to see how this is the case. When he entered the other lane the corner wasn't blind, he wasn't passing a vehicle, and there was no oncoming traffic.
The guy on the BMW entered the other lane on a blind corner, while passing a vehicle, with oncoming traffic in the corner. Any one of these is worse than what the motard rider did.
