Since this thread seems like a pretty big shit show... (not by winter standards)

Anyone want to wrap the hard top and grille of a vehicle for me? How many Fosters oil cans do I need to buy you?

Or anyone recommend a good shop in southern NH or Boston area and north?

This is why I do 95% of my own work..... And don't offer to work on anyone's bike for profit.

Yikes! Once you make the deal, the price you accepted should not impact the quality of the work you do.

You will lose money/time on some jobs, but being known for always doing excellent work has value.

You take no credibility for your fuckup, that alone speaks volumes for your work ethics.

First time I saw the rimlock was the photos on here. Then I said I would do them again, but he said he ain't coming back. What other words do you need me to write that acknowledges I did not do them correctly and takes the credit for doing such?

As a self-qualified expert in this field I have used the following:
    1. I'm sorry
    2. My bad
    3. Oops/whoops

I believe there are picture books out there that can assist with this as well.

Personally, I'd have to really think about having a guy with the name Purple Package work on my bike or car. Gut might tell me not to, could be a tough call for me. I mean if it were for having my taxes done, or an estate plan drafted, it would be an easy no-go decision. "Honey, please send over my W2 and our investment info over to Purple Package for our filing preparation". She'd question my judgement. Tire changing might be different.

Eh. A little less grip and it'll pink right back up.

I'll be happy to. Just for full disclosure, it'll be in the dark, by candlelight. With a chainsaw.

BTW, I only take Mike's Hard Lemonade for payment.

I'm happy paying $100/hr to a shop with state of art equipment, the right tools and training in a building with good lighting and insured

Shit, I’m not that picky. I don’t even need good lights. Just light. Not changing tires that I don’t understand how they work, by candle light.
