Cool doing the newbie thing again

So my boss at work wanted to take the MSF course to get her license, and since I lost mine with the whole california license transfer ordeal. I signed up again too!

So I took the MSF is 2003, now I am taking it again in 2008. At least this way I can get my license back then get the motorcycle, instead of the other way around.

There is a sweat looking suzuki 600 right down the road from me, and if sean hasn't sold his bike by the middle of the summer. Lots of options.

Need a bike to go to work. F*cking gas prices.

    Could always ride my horse.....

Just very excited to be getting back on the team - stupid california dmv!

Yep it is me. I was gonna go with Cow but someone took that idea and I had the Fila stickers lying around...

Still trying to work with them about my sponsorship... you know the deal.

I really want to take the ERC but $$ and not having a bike atm is holding me back. Once the adjuster comes to take a look at her I'll hopefully know when I might be able to get back on the road. g'luck on your course, they are a lot of fun. I took mine up in West Boylston even though the one in Devens is probably closer *shrug* They are very nice up here

Re: doing the newbie thing again

Considering I got close to %100 when I was completly new, I think I should do better this time!

I did the U-box perfect first try last time.

The only thing that will slow me down is the Wed class because I work midnight the night before and go straight to the class - gonna be a little glassy eyed but its worth it to get that MC back on my license.

I thought about trying to take the Intermediate course but I'll go with my boss for bonus points.

I lost 5 points on the turn where you brake press look and roll. The KLR has enough engine braking so I slowed pressed looked and rolled and lost 5 points. It was fun though. Now I can take the ERC and whats nice is the Base down here in Newport does it for free so I didnt even need to pay. Good times.
