I'm not a lawyer, but will be. I am in law school now. The term reckless is more narowly defind to encapsulate an idea that someone has acted in manner which is a gross deviation for the standard of care that a resonable person would use in a similar circustance. This is a step below knowingly or intentionlly doing something where the actor is practically certain of a given result. Manslaugher falls under reckless, murder falls under purposfully.
Murder is a result crime. You get punished for a result. Driving to endanger is a conduct crime, you can be punished for it even if not actuall harm comes from it (i.e. like speeding, drunk driving, etc). Driving to endanger, for sure, would be *one* of the many things he would prolly be charged with, but once there as been *actul* injury to person or property, driving to endanger is the least of your problems.

Those cases Currently posted are not all for the same guy.
Looks like the domestic violence charges are a different John Parks.
What a scumbag though, the rest are all the same exact DOB so it's probably the guy in question.
And he apparently lied outright on the news as he has been busted for impersonating an officer among other things.
