Down in TN, there is a nice bike I'd like for $600
How on earth would I go about having it shipped up here?
I can't find one of these bikes in a condition I'm happy with for any reasonable price.
Box up the stuff that can't be quickly/easily bolted back on by the seller, crate it all if they can do it, and go here:

Certain shippers/truckers may be willing to do the crating, doesn't hurt to ask, everything has a price....

no bikes currently
Thanks, just posted an auction thing!
I had a complete RZV500 shipped to me in pieces from Germany. It can be done, but the bike had better be worth the expense, because it is indeed expensive.
The wheels and motor will be the most expensive parts to ship. When broken down, the rest of the parts of a sport bike are very light. Some parts, like the frame, do not have to be boxed or crated. IIRC - I received the RZV aluminum frame with an address label taped on it.
